IGBT Snubber Capacitor

IGBT Snubber Capacitors are well known for their improved power handling performance. Insulated gate bipolar transistor or IGBT is instrumental in reducing transient voltage by using PP film capacitor. This PP capacitor is installed close to the IGBT terminals for better handling of transient voltage. IGBT Snubber Capacitors are designed with aluminum foil , PP film and metalized polypropylene film. These capacitors can be used at maximum 85 degree C ( around) operating temperature.
